Typical Restaurant at La Péra DoussaLa Péra Doussa offers traditional and fresh homemade dishes respecting the typical Aosta Valley cuisine. The whole Gaspard family is dedicated to producing daily fresh produce including cheeses, yogurt, sliced meat, butter, salami, cakes, jams and bread cooked in a wood oven. Our produce and meals are sure to be a highlight of your stay and you will have the opportunity to taste them at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mamma Manuela’s cuisine is very simple but it will lead you to discover the ancients flavors and typical products of Aosta Valley. The atmosphere is rustic and comfortable, with a small and bright dining room with a stone fireplace that diffuses a pleasant warmth.
